The Prophetic Scribe Writer’s Forum began in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2005; first as a prophetic writing class in the church and later as an Internet radio show. The focus of the writer’s forum was to bring Christian writers together to discuss the power of the testimony and how it can be used as an offensive weapon against the enemy. Today, The Prophetic Scribe Writer’s Forum continues online with a journal series designed specifically for Christian writers that seek to be healed from the past so they can grow even closer to Christ and live with abundant joy, prosperity and purose.
Through a series of teaching, prayer, scripture, and writing prompts, Christian writers delve deep into their own soul to discover the hidden treasure that lies beneath the ideals, beliefs, perceptions, preconceptions, misconceptions, judgments, superstitions and habits that hinder them from growing and operating in their God-given purpose.
The Prophetic Scribe Writer’s Forum represents a place of healing and growth where Christian writers are encouraged to journal their way to wholeness and holiness based on these three foundational scriptures:
Romans 8:1 – There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. This scripture promises freedom from sin and condemnation to those who obey the will of God instead of their own selfish desires.
Revelation 12:11 – …And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. This scripture speaks directly to The Prophetic Scribe ministry. For by telling the testimonies that encourage and lead the lost to salvation in Christ and convict believers to walk in holiness according to the Word of God, we defeat the enemy and glorify Christ.
Revelation 1:19 – Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter; This scripture calls to the prophetic scribe to release the Testimony of Christ through bearing witness, prophecy, and teaching “what thus saith the Lord.”
On this site, you will find writing exercises designed to increase your faith and encourage your testimonies. Use them as prompts for your journal writing.
